Test Proctors using Chrome browser for HESI may see this error below

1. Open a new tab in Chrome and type Chrome://flags

2. By SameSite by default cookies select Disabled.

3. By Cookies without SameSite must be secure select Disabled.

4. Return to HESI page and test
